Our coffee is roasted weekly by three local, Fair Trade roasters: Equator Coffee Roasters of Almonte, La Tierra Coop of Gatineau and Joel's Coffee of Rockland. Next, we serve only whole beans which are ground on demand to ensure that your coffee does not get stale. Our Community Cups program offers User Pay customers an alternative to disposable cups. We strive to further minimize packaging waste by avoiding the use of K-cups, creamers and milkettes. Using valved bags reduces the waste stream while enabling the delivery of truly fresh coffee.
